Kent Dueck is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Inner City Youth Alive, an organization serving the youth through drop in, race car club, camp, leadership development and many other initiatives for 34 years. Inner City Youth Alive provides a safe, active and nurturing environment for children and youth, many of whom experience poverty, abuse and neglect.

 

He also has a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership.

 

Kent has been through the trenches in the work he has done in one of the poorest communities in Canada. His leadership approach is one of compassion, excellence, and integrity.
