Hi everyone! My name is Ben Dueck and I am the President / Founder of Cantera Leadership and the host of “The 10-Minute Leader” podcast. 

 

Allow me to share with you a little background of myself.

 

Because of my passion for developing leaders, I went and got a Master of Arts degree in Leadership and has continually expanded my ability to maximize one's leadership effectiveness. 

 

I’m a Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, Leadership Workshop Facilitator​ and Consultant and has over 20 years of Leadership Development experience

 

I have facilitated countless workshops, and love being part of transforming others.
